Quarantine Journals - Confessions of a Zoom Class
"My best friend came to my house."
"To your house?"
"Yes"
"When?"
"Yesterday."
"Oh so they are gone?"
"No they are still here."
"I hope you're being careful."
—-
"Do you have something to share?"
"I explored a cave."
"Oh yeah? Where was that?"
"Kentucky."
"Oh cool! When was that?"
"The day before yesterday."
"You went to Kentucky the day before yesterday?"
"Yes! To see my grandparents."
"Anything else to share?"
"My stepdad got married and I went to the wedding."
"Was it small?"
"Yeah. But my grandpa was the preacher because he used to work at a church."
—-
"Is life in India different from America?"
"Yeah! There's no toilet paper."
"Oh, haha, there's not much here in America either. Anything else?"
"My uncle got married!"
"Oh! Was it a big wedding or small?"
"Really big!"
"Was it before the coronavirus?"
"March 14th."
"Cool. Anything else?"
"No one will play with me."
